Our New Client Process
Our new client process is designed to be clear and straightforward while still giving you personal, hands-on support. We use it to understand your business, confirm we’re a good fit for each other, and set you up for a smooth start.

Application
You start by filling out a short new client application so we can learn about your products, channels, and current volume.

Consultation
We schedule a call to walk through your SKUs, sales patterns, storage needs, and make sure we are a good fit for each other.

Agreement
We send over our terms of service, pricing details, and your first invoice so you know exactly how everything will work before we begin.

Onboarding
Once you are ready to move forward, we set you up in our system, align on SKUs and shipment details, and show you how to send inventory and place orders.

Go Live
You send your first shipments to the warehouse, we receive and process them, and your FBA and D2C orders start running through PrepIt.
